If the unfortunate happens and you have a complaint, you should do the following:

You need to take a picture of the size label on both sides. One side of the size and the other of the production number, and a picture of the defect. You email these 3 pictures to us with your order number, and we will produce a new one for you. This usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks.

If it is a stock item, we will send a new one immediately.
